By making real performance data, like pricing accuracy and speed of sale, clear and easy to understand, Krib brings calm, trust, and clarity.</p>
<p>The brief was to create a brand for this Dutch real estate comparison platform that could grow into a standalone concept: a household name. One that could grow from a national player into an international one, setting a new standard for transparency in real estate.</p>
<p>In Dutch real estate, and even international, many brands still sound and look like they were chosen on a rainy Monday in 1997.</p>

We&#8217;ve focused on creating a sense of interconnectedness, streamlining the experience across articles, quizzes, podcasts, and events to enhance understanding and stimulate curiosity. It&#8217;s designed to make it easy and exciting for readers to dive into multiple pieces, and maybe even discover answers to questions they didn&#8217;t even know they had.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Dutch techno and house festival Smeerboel makes Utrecht go wild every September, together with a wide range of artists, a crazy fringe program, and dazzling party atmosphere. It attracts around 20.000 visitors, aged between twenty and forty. In English, Smeerboel directly translates to <em>smearing mess</em>.<br />
The organization asked us for a rebrand that allows for variation in each edition. We worked on a living identity which would embrace the playfulness of both the event and the audience. The research resulted in a brightly colored design system where the behavior of <em>smeren</em> (‘smearing’) takes center stage.</p>
