The personal data we process
Lava processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide us with this data. We process your data in order to implement our agreement and/or to fulfill a legal duty to align our services with your requirements as well as possible.
Lava does not store your personal data longer than legally required or strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your data is collected.
The personal data we process may include: Company name, visitor’s address, correspondence address, invoice address, email address(es), bank account number, VAT number, Chamber of Commerce number, first and last name, job title, gender, telephone number, cv/portfolio.

Lava will not sell your information to third parties and will only provide this information if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. To ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data, we sign Data Processing Agreements with third parties that process your data on our behalf.
Third parties will only process your data in accordance with our instructions and never for their own purposes. At all times, Lava remains responsible for this processing. The third parties we make use of include: Gripp, Google Workspace, Basecamp, Notion, Nifty, Mailchimp.
