Krib helps home sellers choose an agent based on facts instead of promises, a refreshing shift in a market often driven by big claims. By making real performance data, like pricing accuracy and speed of sale, clear and easy to understand, Krib brings calm, trust, and clarity.

The brief was to create a brand for this Dutch real estate comparison platform that could grow into a standalone concept: a household name. One that could grow from a national player into an international one, setting a new standard for transparency in real estate.

In Dutch real estate, and even international, many brands still sound and look like they were chosen on a rainy Monday in 1997.

The challenge was to find the right balance: bold enough to feel new in a traditional industry, but solid enough to earn trust in what is often the biggest financial decision of someone’s life. We wanted something that connects with the generation now entering the housing market. Confident, modern, with the feeling of home. That’s why we turned a functional, technical, and distant data-driven service into a brand that feels human, trustworthy, and approachable, using a clear and friendly visual language.

You see that most clearly in the logo. Four letters, built for screens and word of mouth. It’s short, warm, solid, and immediately understood. The fact that it speaks for itself is its power. But alright, we’ll explain it anyway;) Look a little closer and you’ll see it: a house, a sun, and between the R and the I an open door. A welcoming gesture at the center of the mark. The open door is translated to the complete visual language and witty copy. Things get revealed by opening new doors.

Krib opens the front door and says: Welcome. This is where the magic happens.
