Meetup #26: Fair Stories

Strong brands are shaped by their community. They grow together and inspire each other. But what does it take to stay true to the crowd? How to tell an overarching story through different product experiences?

We will get different insights at the end of the summer, during the 26th Meetup: Fair Stories!
WeTransfer's Brand Designer Thomas Schrijer and Fairphone's Event Manager Lina Ruiz, will show how their brands manage to thrive while staying attentive to their community.

Thomas Schrijer • WeTransfer
As an Art Director at the in-house studio of WeTransfer, Thomas works on the brand related projects. He helped to set up the content platform WePresent, works with illustrators to enhance the experience and he is currently leading the brand re-design effort.

WeTransfer was founded in 2009 as the simplest way to send big files around the world. Nowadays they serve a set of tools that help people in their creative process.

Lina Ruiz • Fairphone
Lina Ruiz is Events and Campaigns Manager at Fairphone, a social enterprise which produces a smartphone that is driving change in the electronic industry. Lina is a passionate storyteller, raising awareness about social and environmental impact, as well as creating meaningful experiences between people and products. She is driven by creativity and innovation in different fields and loves to work for companies that are re-shaping the status quo.
